Re Birthright Citizenship and the 14th Amendment, in the small world department, it was my great-great-grandfather who argued the 1898 case FOR #WongKimArk before SCOTUS. My historian mother wrote about him here: https://oldestvocation.com/2024/01/08/family-lawyer/ Fun fact: The US Solicitor General at the time was a former CONFEDERATE MAJOR who despite being a treasonous secessionist had been allowed back in to government :(

May I recommend The Network for Public Education (NPE) to your list of resistant groups? They've been fighting education privatization for over a decade.
